Method

For the Wings, heat deep-fry oil to 350°F. Fry chicken sections for 13 minutes; remove from oil.

For the Wing Sauce, mix together all ingredients. Toss cooked wings in sauce. Remove wings from sauce and place on grill for 2 minutes on each side, until bubbly.

For the Dipping Sauce, whisk together all ingredients.

Serve Wings hot, with Dipping Sauce on the side. Garnish with scallion brushes and carrot flowers.
