Marinate the wings in 1 cup Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.

Mix the green chiles and 2 oz. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce.

Create a small pocket in each wing by cutting an incision into one end and forcing a pocket into each incision.

Fill each pocket with 1 piece of cheese and green chiles mixture and 1/2 oz. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Store wings in freezer until needed, or for at least 1 hour to aid in cooking and reduce cheese waste during cooking.

Combine beer batter mix and 1 oz. TABASCO® Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce. Dip wings into mixture. Deep-fry for 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove and drain well.

To make the TABASCO®-Spiced Butter, soften/melt butter in microwave for approximately 2-3 minutes on high. Do not boil butter. Whisk in the Original TABASCO® Pepper Sauce. Hold at room temperature until needed.

Toss chicken with TABASCO®-Spiced Butter until well coated and serve hot.
