Method

Marinate the wings in 1 cup of TABASCO® brand Green Jalapeño Pepper Sauce for approximately 1 hour.

Combine bread crumbs with oregano, basil and Parmesan cheese.

Standard breading method: dip wings into flour mixture, then egg wash and then bread crumb mixture to coat evenly.

Deep fry for 3-4 minutes or until cooked through. Remove and drain well.

Serve with Spicy Mayo Dipping Sauce.
